Looking around can often be a great exercise for the concept artist. Seeing something unusual, getting inspired, and then turning it into a small practice piece. This time, it was an absolutely casual item for laboratories - a pipette by Integra, which eventually caught my attention. Had quite a lot of fun playing with this item and turning it into a grounded-looking sci-fi device.
